Just make sure that you have enough space for it to grow to its full towering height in order to truly appreciate this Australian beauty. If the pup has roots, it can be transplanted. In your location you're going to have to keep it in a warmer spot until it recouperates. See attachment. Oh! It's never a good sign, but the old fronds just might be slowly showing signs of being a bit traumatised. When you plant the palm pup, it should sit at the base with the start of the leaves above the soil line. Give them the attention that others have mentioned and let's hope for the best! It has the most direct morning sun, too, in the hopes to also begin acclimating it back to full sun eventually. You basically need to keep the soil moist and wait.
